Delivery area and carrier

We currently deliver within Germany only. Orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

We ship twice a week, on Monday and Thursday. Orders paid by 12:00 the day before are included in the next shipment. DHL usually delivers within 1–3 working days after shipping, so total delivery time is 2–6 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Local pickup

You can collect your order free of charge at Gneisenaustraße 57, Berlin. Choose "Pickup" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 working days, to arrange a pickup time. We keep your order for 7 days; please contact us if you need more time.

Please bring your order confirmation. For orders containing alcohol, we may ask for an ID to confirm that you are at least 18.

Alcohol

We sell and deliver alcoholic drinks only to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please point this out to the DHL courier if possible and contact us at hi@supermarket.berlin, ideally with a photo. This does not affect your statutory rights.
