About the producer
José Gourmet is a Portuguese tinned fish and seafood producer founded in 2008 near Porto by Adriano Ribeiro and designer Luís Mendonça. The fish is caught off the Portuguese Atlantic coast and canned using traditional pre-cooking methods, with each tin featuring artwork by a different Portuguese illustrator.
