About the producer
Riolfi Sapori is a family-run preserving company from Castelnuovo Calcea, in the Piedmont hills near Canelli, founded in 1985 by brothers Giorgio and Mauro Riolfi. Their recipes are based on three generations of family tradition, made in small batches with carefully selected ingredients and no artificial additives.
